G.S. Italia’s filling lines can be used for automatic filling of
many different products (liquid - semiliquid - pastry).
All lines are planned and executed according to peculiar
exigencies and needs of each customer; therefore, being
“made on purpose”, each line can be equipped with
different stations/devices and accessories:
• Rotary table lo load empty packages (jars, bottles, etc.)
• Entrance conveyor for package transport
• Rotary star
• Filling station with 4 filling heads
• Capping station
• Labelling station (for body label + warranty seal apply)
or “Sleever” station
Our lines can also be connected to an induction sealing
machine in order to seal caps with aluminium disk on the
bottom.
Filling station can be connected to a special mixing tank
for oil and spices in order to fill dressing sauces.
